Inquiry form

When you contact us through the inquiry form, we process the details you enter there: the technical information about your conveying task, your contact details and, where applicable, a file you upload.

Purpose: handling your inquiry and preparing a quotation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give when sending.
Recipients: the details are delivered as an email to our mailbox and handled there. They are not passed on to third parties and are not transferred into any further system. Our email provider has access to the mailbox as a processor (see “Hosting and email”).
Retention: inquiries are stored for the duration of the business relationship and beyond that within the statutory retention periods (as a rule seven years).

Required are the material, the throughput needed, the particle or item length, a contact person and an email address: without these we cannot design the system and cannot reply to you. All other fields are optional — they only make the design more precise.

Spam protection

To detect automated submissions, the form contains a field invisible to people and measures the time between opening and sending. Both run entirely on our server, without cookies and without transmission to third parties.

Server log files

When this website is accessed, the web server automatically records access data: the address requested, the time, the volume transferred, browser type and operating system and the IP address. This data serves solely the technical operation and the security of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free operation). It is not combined with other data sources.

Hosting and email

This website is operated by webdings IT-Service GmbH, 4030 Linz, Österreich. The servers are located in the data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finnland. Both process the data arising on access exclusively on our behalf: a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with webdings IT-Service GmbH, and Hetzner Online GmbH is included in it as a sub-processor.

The mailbox the inquiries are delivered to is held at QualityHosting AG, with servers located in Germany. A data processing agreement is in place here as well.

All of the locations named lie within the European Union. Your data is not transferred to a third country.

Fonts

The fonts used are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other provider, and no data is transferred to third parties in the process.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies of its own. If a notice banner is shown on the home page and you dismiss it, your browser remembers that purely locally (sessionStorage) for the duration of the session. That information does not leave your device.

No analytics, no tracking

We use no analytics services, embed no social media plugins and run no advertising. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making. Images, videos and fonts are held on our own server; no content is loaded from third-party servers when a page is opened.

External links

Where we link to external sites — for instance in the footer to the map of our location at OpenStreetMap — the privacy terms of the respective provider apply from the moment you click. As long as you do not click the link, nothing is transmitted to the provider: the map is linked, not embedded.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). Consent once given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

For this, simply contact office@wildfellner.at.

Independently of that, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
