Consulting and design
It starts with your material, not with our catalogue. From bulk density, particle size, moisture and behaviour we derive the design, the diameter and the drive rating — and we will tell you if another solution suits you better than ours.

Engineering
Almost every system is a custom build. It is developed from your floor plan and the conditions on site — not the other way round.

Manufacturing
Manufacturing takes place in our own works in Buchkirchen. Short distances between the drawing office and the workshop mean that questions from production still feed back into the design.

Installation and commissioning
We install the system on site and commission it. Safety equipment to the applicable European standards is part of the delivery.

Maintenance and spare parts
The wearing part is essentially the lining — and it can be replaced to plan. More than 150 spiral sizes are held in our stock, including for systems that did not come from us.
Why this belongs together
With conveying systems for difficult bulk material, almost everything hangs on the design. Whoever engineered the system knows, when a fault occurs, why a part is dimensioned the way it is. We do not want to break that chain — which is why everything from the first consultation to the spare part stays in our own house.
For you that means, when something goes wrong: one contact instead of a chain of supplier, installer and spare parts dealer.
