Our payment, sales and delivery terms apply to all quotations, deliveries and services.
Scope
For all quotations, deliveries and services of Wildfellner Gesellschaft mbH, only the payment, sales and delivery terms set out in the linked document apply. We do not accept differing terms of the contractual partner unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
Quotations and design
Technical figures on this website — throughputs, lengths, motor ratings and particle sizes — are non-binding guide values. We make binding statements on the design of a system only once the material, the route and the requirement profile are known to us. A quotation based on incomplete information is subject to recalculation.
Language of the document
The terms are available in German only. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the German version prevails in the event of a discrepancy.
