Components

Conveying spirals and components

You do not need a whole system, you need a part. We supply that too — often from stock.

We hold more than 150 rigid conveying spirals in different sizes in stock. We carry the inventory so that you can react quickly when you need to.

For seasonal operations that is the decisive point: a broken spiral in the middle of the harvest or the heating season is a different matter when the spare part is already on the shelf than when it still has to be made.

We also supply components for systems that did not come from us. Give us the diameter, the band width and the pitch — or send a photograph of the part with a scale next to it.

Exploded drawings, Type SL

The works drawings show most clearly which parts make up a flexible conveying system: gear motor and drive head, feed hopper, conveying spiral, tube bends and straight tube sections, couplings, outlet. Each drawing is also available as a PDF in A3 for printing.

Dimensions and material are enough. If you are unsure, a photograph with a scale helps.
