Grape conveying systems
Whole grapes to the destemmer or straight to the press — in stainless steel troughs with a hinged cover for easy cleaning.

Our tasks in viticulture mostly concern moving whole grapes to the destemmer or directly to the press for whole-bunch pressing.
For this we supply rigid conveying spirals in stainless steel, guided in closed troughs with a hinged cover. The cover is not a detail: in cellar work everything must be cleaned after each run, and what cannot be opened does not get clean.
The decisive advantage for the product is gentle handling. The spiral pulls and pushes the grapes rather than crushing them — premature juice loss and broken pips do not occur.
Because there are no intermediate bearings in the trough, we achieve up to two thirds more throughput than conventional systems with such bearings. And because chains and idlers are absent, energy consumption stays low.
